UNBEATEN Shipping Policy

Destinations and rates
We ship to eligible destinations offered at checkout. Standard shipping is USD 8, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of USD 60 or more after discounts, excluding taxes. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout. If your address is not supported, please contact support@unbeatendice.com before ordering.

Processing and delivery
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard international delivery is estimated at 7–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote locations, peak periods, customs checks and carrier disruption may take longer. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Preorders or made-to-order products follow the dispatch timeframe stated on their product page.

Tracking and address changes
Tracking details are sent when your order is dispatched. Please check your shipping address before payment and contact us promptly for corrections. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking appears delayed, or a parcel is missing or damaged, contact support@unbeatendice.com so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Taxes and customs
Taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that import duties are included, destination customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges may be payable by the recipient under local rules. Customs processing may affect delivery time. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
