UNBEATEN Return & Refund Policy
Effective October 1, 2026

30-day returns
Contact support@unbeatendice.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. For voluntary change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, with their packaging and included accessories. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address; please contact us before sending a parcel.

Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refundable for voluntary returns unless required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we cover reasonable return shipping and offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund. Please report problems promptly and include photographs where possible; this does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds
We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Any shorter statutory deadline takes precedence. Contact support@unbeatendice.com if your refund has not appeared.

Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an unshipped order. If dispatch has already occurred, the return process applies. For exchanges, contact us to arrange a return and a new order. Kickstarter campaign pledges are governed by their campaign terms; this policy covers purchases from this online store.

Statutory consumer rights
This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods. Where EU or UK distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, and return them within 14 days after notifying us. Inspection necessary to establish the nature and functioning of goods is permitted; excessive handling may reduce the refund where allowed by law. We refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of withdrawal notification, and may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. You bear direct return costs for change-of-mind withdrawal, except where we agree otherwise or law requires us to pay. Additional statutory protections remain unaffected.
